What Your Bathroom Remodel Can Include

Your bathroom remodel can focus on the parts that no longer work for your household, from the layout and storage to the shower, tub, tile, lighting, and fixtures. We design and build primary bathrooms, guest baths, and powder rooms. If easier access is a priority, we can plan features such as a curbless shower, grab bars, lever handles, and slip-resistant flooring alongside the finishes you want. The scope is defined around your existing space and the changes you choose.

Bathroom Remodeling, Step by Step

1

Tell us how the room needs to work. At the initial home visit, we discuss the existing space, your goals, and design preferences.

2

Review the design and budget. Our team develops a conceptual floor plan, estimated budget, and 3D renderings.

3

Select the details. Choose fixtures and finishes with our design team before construction begins.

4

Follow the build. Once selections and a schedule are in place, we manage construction and keep you informed through Buildertrend and direct conversations.

What Affects a Bathroom Remodeling Budget?

Bathroom remodeling costs depend on the room’s size, the extent of layout changes, plumbing and electrical work, accessibility features, and the fixtures and finishes selected. A refresh of an existing layout and a remodel that changes the footprint will not have the same scope. We review the space and your priorities, then prepare an estimated budget during design. Ask us to walk through the proposed scope and selections before deciding how to proceed.

Our Process as Your Bathroom Remodel Contractor

It all begins with our initial home visit, where we listen carefully to your personal design tastes. We consider it our job to give you the bathroom remodel you have in mind. As a dedicated bathroom remodel contractor, we’ll take a look at the existing space and, drawing on our years of expertise, walk you through the best solutions for the project you have dreamed about.

Moving forward, our design team prepares a conceptual floor plan and an estimated budget. We also show you 3D renderings of how your new bathroom will look when completed. As a design-build firm, we manage every detail for you. You work with our in-house designers to make key decisions about fixtures and finishes. To ensure your project stays on time, we don’t start the work until a schedule is in place and all materials are selected.
