Take exit 1E from I-170 S. Next merge onto I-70 E, and take exit 238A for Interstate 170 S toward Clayton. After that merge onto I-170 S, and keep left to stay on I-170 S. Use the left lane to take exit 7B to merge onto I-70 W toward Kansas City
