We had the first floor of our two story home remodeled. This included a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, powder room and hallway. We had all the windows and exterior doors replaced as well. This was a large project and it was completed in a very timely fashion, with all project deadlines met. From the initial estimate to the walk through at the end, everyone with JT McDermott Remodeling were wonderful. They're very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Ron, our Project Estimator, helped us stay on budget and even presented us ways we could save money by offering alternate options. Brittany, our Project Designer, made the material selection process very easy and gave us confidence in our selections. Rob, our Project Manager, was on site daily, always kept us informed and took care of any questions or concerns we had. We lived in our home during the process. The workers kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up every day. We are extremely happy with our new first floor. We are very pleased with our new master bath. God is good. A friend at church referred us saying Mcdermott does remodeling the right way. Our 25 year old house needed to be safer as we aged. We had a small tub/shower combo and worn vanity and toilet. We wanted a shower only as we don't take baths. The process of a major renovation was scary what if when they opened up the walls (floor electrical) there were problems? The estimated range took all of this into account. The attention to detail & design advice was spot on. We loved working with project manager Dennis. He kept us fully informed every step of the way, addressed all concerns and or offered suggestions or solutions. When the work was done for the day it was as if they hadn't been here they were sensitive to our schedules The promised time frame was met.

I did not have a single negative issue with McDermott Remodeling. The work was completed per the schedule and the quality was outstanding. I would use them again for projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking at a remodeling project.

I met them at the Home Show in Belleville , I was looking to redo my kitchen and laundry room , they were very help full in help me with the process I didn't have to worry about permits and hiring any contractors . I love the finished product and wouldn't have ask for a better experience. Was done in the time frame that we discussed . The contractors were very polite and respectful of my home and cleaned up every day .

Their handyman service is absolutely fantastic and has been a life-saver on more than one occasion. When our sump pump went out recently and water was everywhere, I put an SOS out to Dave, their excellent handyman and he was there within the hour to take care of it. From helping to get the water up and immediately going out to purchase and install a new one, he stayed late Friday night until the job was completed. He even went to their shop later that night to get a large fan to help dry the floor. He is amazing and really exemplifies their commitment to excellent customer service.
