Only 15 min outside of St. Louis, Brentwood, MO, is filled to the brim with amazing and beautiful parks for almost everyone to enjoy. Pack a picnic, plan a family gathering, or have an impromptu visit to enjoy some beautiful weather, and you’re sure to find a good time!

Brentwood Park

The Brentwood Park on Russell Avenue is 13.5 acres of beautiful and very well-maintained land. There are many ways to enjoy this stunning park, including a baseball field with brick dugouts and batting cages. They also have two softball fields, a youth soccer field, and easily accessible restrooms. There is also a playground for little ones to play on while older kids play sports. 

For family events, there is a rentable pavilion available. You could host family reunions, birthday parties, or just a picnic. Brentwood Park is where the Brentwood Days festival is hosted and also where adult softball leagues play. 

Memorial Park

On Strassner road and nestled in a well-wooded area, the 15.5-acre Memorial Park sits with fun activities for almost everyone. There are two rentable outdoor pavilions available, and one will seat 75 and 1 will seat 40. These are great for family events like birthday parties, family reunions, or picnics. There is also an indoor pavilion for rent that will seat 35. 

There is a toddler and a youth playground so kids of all ages can enjoy this park. There are restrooms conveniently placed for easy access in addition to drinking fountains. To enjoy a lovely day outside, there are nature hiking trails and asphalt trails to have a leisurely walk or exercise the dogs. 

Brentwood In-Line Rink

Right off Strassner Drive, you might find something you wouldn’t expect! To practice your roller skating skills, you can visit the Brentwood In-Live Rink. This is the perfect place to bring the whole family, enjoy a day skating, and maybe even have a relaxing picnic. 

Hanley Park

There is almost nothing you can’t do at Hanley Park! Right off West Hanley Industrial Court, Hanley Park features lots of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. They packed a lot in this 4.4-acre park, including an asphalt trail that links Hanley Park to Oak Tree Park, Broughton Park, and Memorial Park. This could be a great way to bike, walk, run, or exercise the dogs. In addition, they also have two sand volleyball courts with judge stands and lights where the City’s outdoor volleyball league plays. Or if you prefer other sports, they have two tennis courts, two handball courts, basketball courts with lights, and pickleball with lights. If you need a place to wear out the pups, Hanley Park is home to the Brentwood Dog Park!

Tilles Park

An expansive 75-acre park, the Tilles Park is the host of the Winter Wonderland during the holiday season. You can enjoy millions of twinkling lights, small rides, and good places to grab food too. 

When Winter Wonderland has closed the rest of the year, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy this beautiful park. They have two playgrounds, walking trails, and a tennis court. The restrooms are open year-round, and they have three reservable shelters. 

In the summer, you and the kids can enjoy an excellent spray fountain play area and fishing!
